Delete your Climbly account
You can delete your Climbly account and the data you have provided at any time, directly in the app.
1. Cancel Climbly Pro first
Subscriptions are managed by Apple, and deleting your Climbly account does not cancel them. If you have Climbly Pro, open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, select Climbly and tap Cancel Subscription.
2. Delete your account in the app
- Open Climbly and go to your Profile.
- Tap the gear icon to open Settings.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Can’t open the app?
Email iwo.workspace@gmail.com with the subject “Delete my Climbly account”. Please send it from the email address linked to your Climbly account, or include that address in the message, so we can find your account.
What happens next
Deleting your account removes it and the data you have provided via the app. We answer email requests within a reasonable time. As described in our Privacy Policy, automatically collected information may be kept for up to 24 months and thereafter stored only in aggregate.
