The Climbly app

Climbly is distributed through the Apple App Store. As stated on our App Store listing, your use of the app is governed by Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA).

Climbly Pro subscriptions

Climbly is free to download. Climbly Pro is an optional auto-renewable subscription, available monthly or yearly, purchased through the App Store. Prices for your region are shown in the App Store before you buy.

As with all App Store subscriptions:

  • Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
  • The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
  • You can manage or cancel the subscription in your Apple Account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the period already paid for.
  • Refund requests are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
