How can we help?
Climbly is made by a small team, and support comes straight from the people who build the app.
Email us
To help us answer quickly, please include:
- Your iPhone or iPad model and iOS version
- The Climbly version (shown on the App Store and in your iPhone’s Settings)
- What happened, and the steps that led to it
- A screenshot, if it helps explain the issue
Getting started
Download Climbly from the App Store, create an account and follow the short onboarding, where you can set the grade you are working toward. Then tap to start your first session: choose Rope, Boulder or Strength, indoor or outdoor, and log your climbs as you go.
Climbly Pro and billing
Climbly Pro is an optional monthly or yearly subscription. It is sold and billed by Apple through the App Store, so Apple handles payments, renewals and refunds.
Cancel or change your subscription
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
- Tap your name, then Subscriptions.
- Select Climbly and choose a different plan or tap Cancel Subscription.
If you cancel, Pro stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. Apple’s guide: Cancel a subscription from Apple.
Refunds
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Your account and data
You can delete your account and the data you have provided directly in the app: go to your Profile, open Settings and tap Delete account. Step-by-step instructions, and an email option if you can’t open the app, are on Delete your account. Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store subscription, so please cancel Climbly Pro first.
How Climbly handles your information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Is the AI Coach available?
Not yet. The AI Climbing Coach is in development and appears in the app as coming soon. Nothing in Climbly uses AI today.
